Check it, if you want to freestyle on shit, check my audio submissions, or myspace/rayraybeats. You should try adding more instruments, and listen to a bunch of your favorite rap songs and try to figure out how to make your drums sound like theirs. That's how i learned, and now i can just make shit up out of thin air. You get points for trying though. Peace dude, good luck to your future productions.

Thanks! I haven't got a keen enough ear to utilize compression fully at the moment, I just mainly make sure I adjust each instrument whenever I feel they are overpowering. Although, I do like to make some sounds stand out when I feel they need to be. I don't know how well I'm doing at it, but hopefully your words mean I'm doing decent!

I will certainly review your songs when they are up. I try to make sure and check on others who like my work, usually their projects sound great to me, same tastes I suppose

It's cool, man. The drums bug me, but this is definitely melodic enough. Good composition. Work on your compression. Everything is kind of jumbled. Compress each instrument seperately. Maybe throw some EQ up in the mix. Good job, keep doing your thing. You can compose well.
